Treat Yo self to a Bedtime Beauty Treat.
Looking for a way to boost your glow from the inside? Try getting more sleep. Lack of sleep is such a huge problem for tons of women all over the world. I don't know about you, but it is hard to wind down at the day with all of the things I'm juggling on top of all of the things happening in the world.
My face always shows it when I'm feeling more fatigued. No amount of makeup can cover up the fact that Im depleted and exhausted! ugh it is so frustrating!Do you feel me? As much as I try to pretend that I'm in my teens and can any up until the wee hours of the morning and awake a bright eyed an bushy tailed. Gone are the days!
I don't know much here's what I know about not getting enough beauty rest. Below you'll find some interesting points that go along with letting your body run on little to no sleep:
- Everything is effect from your metabolism to your skin! There's a reason why it's called beauty sleep.
- Your brain can't process thoughts as clearly.
- Lack of sleep is not helpful for managing stress and let's face, it we live in a stressful world right now!
I could go on and on about sleep and will probably write more blog post about it in the future but for now, so be sure to keep an eye out! For now, I'll leave you with one of my favorite bedtime treats that help my beauty rest.
I'm a firm believer that a cup of Hot tea is all i need to help slow myself down. One of my favorite night time teas is Celestial seasons Honey Vanilla Chamomile! This mellow tea with some Moon Juice Dream dust mixed in it promoted a nice rejuvenating nights sleep.
